1. Introduction
Welcome to Collectif.art (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for a membership with Collectif, you (“Member,” “Artist,” or “You”) agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”). These terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By registering as a Member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Membership Eligibility & Application
• Membership is available to artists who apply and are accepted by Collectif.
• We reserve the right to approve or deny membership applications at our discretion.
3. Membership Benefits
As a Member, you gain access to:
✅ Inclusion in Collectif’s curated platform.
✅ Exposure to collectors and art enthusiasts.
✅ The ability to list artworks for sale (if applicable).
✅ Exclusive marketing and promotional opportunities.
Additional benefits may be introduced over time.
4. Membership Fees & Payment
• Membership is currently free. At this time, artists can join Collectif without any membership fees.
• In the future, we may introduce premium features or paid membership tiers. If we do, we will provide prior notice and clear details on pricing, benefits, and payment terms.
• Any future fees will be optional, and Members will have the choice to upgrade or continue using free features.
We reserve the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice to existing Members.
5. Membership Duration & Cancellation
• Paid memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your paid membership at any time via your [account settings/contacting support], but refunds will not be issued for unused periods.
• Collectif reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or our general Terms & Conditions.
6. Artist Responsibilities
• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate profile and artwork details.
• Artists retain full copyright over their work but grant Collectif a license to display and promote their artwork as part of the platform.
• Members must not submit plagiarized, offensive, or misleading content.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
• You retain full ownership of any artwork you submit to Collectif.
• By listing an artwork, you grant Collectif a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase, promote, and market your work.
• Members must not infringe on third-party copyrights when submitting content.
8. Changes to Membership Terms
We may update these Membership Terms as the platform evolves. If significant changes occur, we will notify Members via email or website announcement. Continued use of membership services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
